Career Coaching

Helping individuals understand and achieve their career goals.

We work with individuals who are looking to make the most of their career. We can work with you to look at what you want out of your career and working life, evaluating options, questioning assumptions and encouraging you to open your minds to the possibilities available. We offer the following services:

Bespoke Support

Phase one: support and self-reflection – identify drivers, areas of expertise, build confidence, ascertain career ambitions and career values.

Phase two: exploring options – evaluate different ways of working and different sectors to establish what the ideal role looks like.

Phase three: practical advice, guidance and development – develop marketing collateral incuding CV and LinkedIn profile and put together a campaign plan for working with recruiters and using networks effectively. Also practice interview techniques.

Phase four: preparation for the new role - prepare a plan for making the best of a new role.

Methods of delivering outplacement

Awareness sessions - we explain the emotions individuals are likely to experience during this time of uncertainty and the help that is available to them via an outplacement programme.

1:1 Coaching – the most effective way of delivering outplacement is through one to one coaching sessions which are tailored to the individual’s needs.

Masterclass - an expert can guide a group through the key points of a subject within a short space of time.

Workshops - for imparting more detailed information, 3-hour workshops may be more relevant.

Job fairs - we invite companies who are recruiting and relevant recruitment agencies to a session where candidates can share their CV and find out more about organisations and current employment opportunities.

Other options for larger projects

Project management - we can appoint a project manager to ensure the outplacement programmes are delivered effectively. They can contact participants in the program to explain the programme, book 1:1 coaching sessions, schedule workshops and master classes, manage the associate coaches and provide key performance statistics.

On-site opportunities centre - individuals on an outplacement programme can visit for advice and support. Workshops, masterclasses and 1:1 sessions would be delivered in the centre and a dedicated resource would be based there to co-ordinate activities and provide administrative support.

"Tracy gave me the confidence and skills to believe in myself and secure my next senior role. I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough, she is amazing."

"I worked with Tracy in developing my interview technique as a candidate when I recently applied for a senior position at a University. This involved preparing for and conducting a practice interview and then, more importantly, working through the feedback to me and providing coaching on my style and content. It was a great help in my preparation and eventual success in being offered and accepting the post."
